PLEASE READ:
It is compulsory for all SH1 and JH3 students to run for 3 positions in the SH/JH EXCO respectively unless you have a valid reason such as being a councilor or holding a leadership position in another CCA.
Please inform Esther if you are not running and state your reason before the application deadline.

4.Commitments you would like to take up next year (e.g. H3)
5.Positions running for (1st, 2nd and 3rd choices)
6. Reasons why you are running for the positions, and why do you think you are suited for the positions (1 reason (or more) for each position stated)
7. Reasons why you would stand out from other candidates running for the positions you are running for (1 reason (or more) for each position stated)
8. Past leadership experience (if any)
9. Indicate how you will contribute to NJCD
10. 5 qualities you possess that will help you in your leadership position
11. In less than 200 words, describe by NJCD means to you
For SH1s who have filled up this application form last year, you may want to make some changes to reflect your personal growth in the past one year.
